Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

• By telephone - call 44 822811 + PRESS 2 for PRESCRIPTION LINE leave a message on the answering machine.
• In person/post - tick the items required on your repeat slip and post it in the script box or post it to us. If you want your prescription posted back to you please provide a stamped addressed envelope.
• Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration for our online service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
